What data is sent to and processed by any external service?

None. Remote for HEOS is a standalone, zero-configuration application and is not connecting to any external servers. All data collected by the Application (like UPnP ip addresses and basic metadata) which is needed by Remote for HEOS to operate is stored locally on the user's Mac. Credentials for HEOS account entered in the app is stored in macOS keychain.

Email Support

If you email us for support or other feedback, the emails with email addressess will be retained for quality assurance purposes. The email addresses will not be used for any marketing purpose. If you want to remove your support related emails, please send this request to the support.
